Alamo National Car Rental have signed a managed service agreement contract with VALID to supply and run an off site Document Management service. VALID will receive over 3000 documents daily from their 110 branches. The documents which are rental agreements will then be prepared and scanned onto a VALID Vault server ready for ANC staff to view across the World Wide Web from any of its locations. As well as solving a physical storage problem, ANC will now be providing a level of client care that only a Document Management system can deliver with instant and multiple access to images 24 hours per day 365 days per year from any location using a standard Web browser. Managed Service agreements are the way forward for organisations that want to benefit from Electronic Document Management without the risk of being left behind in the technology race. VALID's service is technology independent and requires a client with a standard Web browser. |
