Similar to a standard web cache, R/KYV cache is a configurable repository that stores frequently accessed files locally while also maintaining security. The cache acts as the local data store for a remote site while maintaining a centralised architecture. Performance is enhanced as traffic is handled locally. R/KYV v9 cache also promotes cost-effective scalability by allowing a clustering technology built on the n-tier architecture.

The R/KYV modular solution provides full electronic document management, middleware and workflow. The solution enable Freedom of Information and Data Protection Act compliance through its UK Public Record Office approved record management.
