Since its debut on the European stage in Copenhagen, back in June, at the Oracle World show, Oracle Partner Network member, VALID, the UK’s leading supplier of e-Government solutions has been acknowledged as the best e-fit for Europe. This has recently been reinforced by Ementor, the leading e-Government Scandinavian implementor putting forward the VALID/Oracle solution v9i to create a fully Web-enabled service delivery. No other systems currently available in Scandinavia comply with these standards. Critically, Oracle 9i Application Server provides a scalable, high-performance J2EE platform that is ideal for constantly expanding and changing client demands. It also enables R/KYV v9i - a comprehensive solution to take advantage of content-rich web applications without any major code changes. This naturally reduces the "time-to-web" of systems when deploying the R/KYV/Oracle solution. The key features of this system are: access to enterprise portal powered by Oracle 9i Application Server raising performance by as much as 400 per cent; expanded search functionality; speeded up time-to-Web thanks to workflows and integration with leading authoring tools, and, of course, unbreakability with Oracle 9i Database surpassing all competitors in security tests.
